The center of congregational life at Salem Presbyterian Church (SPC) is worship on Sundays, the Lord’s Day (so-called because it commemorates his resurrection). Our worship is to the glory of God and is open to all. In worship we hear God’s Word proclaimed in Scripture, sermon, sacraments, and song.

Through prayer and the Holy Spirit, we commune with the one true God revealed in Jesus Christ, we are inspired by the Word of God, and we are uplifted by music and prayer. All are invited to experience God’s grace and Christ’s presence in the sacraments of baptism and the Lord’s Supper.

Children and youth are welcome in worship and actively participate in worship through SPC’s music ministry, through the Word with the Children during worship, in Children’s Worship, on Youth Sunday, and through worship leadership at other times of the year.

Each Sunday before worship, there’s a time of fellowship in Gresham Hall (SPC’s fellowship hall) with coffee, lemonade, and snacks.
